BUGOJNO BUGOJNO, March 30 (Hina) - Councillors of Bugojno (100 km west of Sarajevo) elected unanimously Mustafa Strukar, the current acting mayor, as Mayor of Bugojno, on Monday. Strukar was chosen at the proposal of deputies of the
Coalition for a Unified and Democratic Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Croatian Democratic Union of BiH (HDZ BiH). He replaced a former Moslem hard-liner, Dzevad Mlaco, who was suspended by the High Representative to Bosnia, Carlos Westendorp. At Monday's session, councillors accepted a report on the return of displaced people and refugees. Strukar said it had been agreed that 620 Croat families (or about 2,500 persons) should come back to the municipality of Bugojno. Strukar added that since he had been appointed to be the acting mayor on 19 February, he had signed 79 decisions on the return of property, confiscated during the war, four decision on the return
