The EU will invest EUR1.65 million in the reconstruction of 40 family houses, the waterworks and the electricity supply system in Vukovar, which suffered almost total destruction in the Serbian aggression on Croatia in 1991. The letter also envisages the reconstruction of 17 houses, the waterworks and the electricity supply system in Stari Jankovci, in the worth of EUR700,000. An additional EUR150,000 will be earmarked for mine-clearing.
