ZAGREB, Jan 29 (Hina) - The Croatian Foreign Ministry on Friday said the European Commission (EC) special envoy to Croatia, Per Vinther, had due to technical reasons postponed the announced tripartite signing of an agreement on the
joint reconstruction of a bridge connecting Croatia and Bosnia. The information was also confirmed by Vinther's political advisor, Mirela Rasic. Vinther's failure to attend the signing announced for Friday at the Croatian Interior Ministry "has no political background," Rasic said. The EC finances the entire reconstruction of the bridge between the twin cities of Gradiska, one on the Croatian side and the other on the Bosnian side of the Sava River, through donations for Bosnia within the "Reconstruction" programme. Croatia is co-financing in the amount of Value Added Tax. The reconstruction agreement, according to the EC, is legally unclear in one article. Cr
