ZAGREB, Feb 18 (Hina) - One more railway union joined in the protest staged by the Croatian Engine Drivers Union on Thursday due to unpaid salaries. The Croatian Railways Infrastructure Union will complete the working day one hour
early from Friday to Sunday because of the announced one-week delay in salary payments. On Monday, February 22, until the salaries are paid, the union members will start work one hour late every day. The Infrastructure Union thus joined the engine drivers union whose members slowed down trains by 20km/h as of noon Thursday. A statement issued by the Croatian Railways management said the small delay in the payment of salaries was not a sufficient reason for staging union protests.(hina) lml jn
