ZAGREB, Feb 18 (Hina) - Croatian engine drivers, members of the Croatian Engine Drivers' Union, at noon Thursday slowed down trains by 20km/h, despite the claim of the Croatian Railways (HZ) that the delay in salaries was not a
sufficient reason for the protest. Besides the fact that the HZ management has overstepped the agreed deadline for the payment of salaries, it is also side-stepping the union in communication with employees, and these are sufficient reasons for the protest slowing down of trains, Union Secretary Vladmir Gjurac told hina.
