PRISTINA, February 15 (Hina) - Serbian authorities on Monday returned three university buildings in Pristina to representatives of Kosovo Albanians. Present were representatives of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in
Europe's (OSCE) Verification Mission to the south Yugoslav province. Seven years ago, Serb authorities expelled Albanian students and professors from all university buildings in Kosovo on account of their refusal to hold classes in Serbian and according to Belgrade's teaching programmes. According to an agreement on the normalisation of Albanian education, signed two and a half years ago by then Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic and head of Kosovo Albanians Ibrahim Rugova, only the technology faculty building in Pristina had been returned for use.
