PRAGUE PRAGUE, Jan 12 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Mate Granic arrived in Prague on Thursday for a one-day visit to the Czech republic. On Friday Granic will hold talks with the Czech Parliament's committee for European
integrations chairman, Jaroslav Zverin, Senate speaker Libusa Benesova, Foreign Minister Jan Kavan, Labour and Social Welfare Minister Vladimir Spingl, and the Czech President, Vaclav Havel. Talks between Granic and Czech officials will focus on bilateral relations, with a special accent on renewing negotiations on free trade between the two countries which were interrupted in 1996. Three bilateral agreements are expected to be signed during Granic's visit to Prague - an agreement on avoiding double taxation, an agreement on air traffic and an agreement on social insurance.(hina) lml
