ZAGREB, Jan 27 (Hina) - Even after talks with the president of the Croatian Social Liberal Party (HSLS), Drazen Budisa, Ivan Herak, a member of parliament and member of the HSLS, did not tell reporters whether he would accept an offer
by the ruling Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) to take up the post of minister. He did say, however, he would hold another meeting Wednesday night. "Nothing is final. You will find out everything at tomorrow's news conference," Herak said. he stressed the talks with Budisa had been open and clear, but had reached no conclusion. Herak confirmed he would remain with the HSLS for now, and refuted that he was in an agreement with somebody from the HDZ. The decision on whether he would accept the post in the Government did not depend solely on himself, but also on the HSLS, Herak said.
