31.1 million has been granted for technical bilateral cooperation, 6.7 million in humanitarian aid, 2.5 million for regional armament control, and 400,000 for demining. In the 1992-2000 period, 37.7 million were granted for humanitarian aid, 2.5 million for demining and regional armament control, and 83.1 million for technical bilateral cooperation.
