dissatisfied with the work of the local Serb authority, which is "deaf and blind" when it comes to their problems, and request that the international community exert pressure on the Bosnian Serb leadership in Banja Luka and other towns in the Bosnian Serb entity with the aim of enabling the return of Bosnian Croats to their homes. They also seek financial assistance for the reconstruction of their homes.
