international community, however, it must commit to accepting obligations, including crucial cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel, who paid a one-day official visit to Croatia on Friday, said in Zagreb after talks with Croatian President Stipe Mesic. Schuessel commented on events in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY), saying that every change in Belgrade was better than the current status quo.
