DJAKOVO, Sept 30 (Hina) - The Headquarters for the Protection of the Dignity of the Homeland War of Osijek-Baranja and Virovitica-Podravina Counties, as well as the Osijek-Baranja Association of Homeland War Military Invalids (HVIDRA)
on Saturday expressed support to seven generals, signatories of an open letter to the Croatian public, whom the Croatian President retired yesterday. "We do not support the retiring of generals because they are the pillar and foundation of the new Croatian state, along with the Croatian Armed Forces", read a joint statement.
