ZAGREB, Sept 18 (Hina) - The Headquarters for the protection of the dignity of the Homeland War for the City of Zagreb and Zagreb County, which was established on Monday, has asked the State Prosecutor's Office to issue arrest
warrants for "20,000 proven, but pardoned Chetniks", including the "well-known terrorist Veljko Dzakula" and the leaders of Serb parties "who during the Homeland War visited Slobodan Milosevic for instructions." Should the request not be met, the headquarters said it would ask the Presidents of the State and Government to call an extraordinary parliamentary session which would adopt a law granting pardon for all participants in the Homeland War. The headquarters also demanded a referendum on cooperation with The

Pancic because "he insults all Homeland War participants with his
statements." Also urged is the revision of pensions of those who
participated in World War II on the side of the partisan forces.
Pancic's replacement was also urged by the Headquarters for the
protection of dignity of the Homeland War in Karlovac.
