confirmed in his statement to Hina.
MOSTAR, Sept 26 (Hina) - Another Bosnian Croat suspected of war
crimes surrendered to a Bosnia-Herzegovina court on Tuesday, the
president of the Mostar-based Herzegovina-Neretva Cantonal
Court's Judicial Council, Mladen Jurisic, confirmed in his
statement to Hina.#L#
Zeljko Dzidic, the former president of the Mostar City Council of
BH's Croatian Democratic Union party, is the third of five Bosnian
Croat suspects from Mostar to surrender to date. He follows in the
steps of Erhard Poznic and Zvonimir Soldo.
UN's war crimes tribunal in The Hague has authorised the
Herzegovina-Neretva Cantonal Court to prosecute the five suspects.
An arrest warrant has been issued after the remaining two.
The three who have surrendered to date are the first war crimes
suspects to turn themselves in to BH courts.
