ZAGREB, Sept 13 (Hina) - Five persons brought before an investigative judge in Gospic Wednesday morning (central Croatia) are suspected of having committed war crimes against civilians, investigative judge Pavao Rukavina told Hina in
a statement Wednesday. He added an investigation had not been launched, but questioning of the suspects is underway. Of the 12 persons arrested Tuesday in Zagreb, Karlovac and Gospic, according to informal sources, the statement conveys initials of the five brought before the Gospic investigative judge as T.O., I.R., M.M., I.J. and J.M. Attorney Zeljko Dumancic stated one of the suspects was his client Tihomir Oreskovic with whom he spent five hours at a police station, before being taken before the investigative judge.
