ZAGREB ZAGREB, Sept 12 (Hina) - The president of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly, Lord Russel Johnston, and Montenegro's parliament speaker Svetozar Marovic held talks in Zagreb on Tuesday on the political and security
situation in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Montenegro and Serbia). Johnston and Marovic are participating in a meeting of parliament speakers of countries in the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe, taking place in Zagreb Tuesday-Wednesday. According to a statement from the Croatian parliament's Public Relations Service, Marovic told Lord Johnston he did not believe military units devoted to FRY President Slobodan Milosevic and Montenegro's police might come to open conflict. Yugoslavia (Montenegro and Serbia).
Johnston and Marovic are participating in a meeting of parliament
