ZAGREB, Sept 11 (Hina) - Croatia's European Integration Minister, Ivan Jakovcic, on Tuesday will depart for Paris to discuss the forthcoming Zagreb summit of the European Union member-states and countries covered by the stabilisation
and association process, with his French hosts, the European Integration Ministry reported on Monday. Jakovcic and French officials are expected to consider the EU's 'CARDS' assistance programme for countries in the region as well as the beginning of negotiations between Zagreb and the EU on the Stabilisation and Association Agreement. Scheduled for Wednesday are Jakovcic's officials talks with French Minister of European Affairs, Pierre Moscovici, and Premier Lionel Jospin's advisor Jean Vidal who is the secretary-general of the inter-ministerial European affairs committee at Jospin's office.
