documents for crossing over the Croatian-Bosnian frontier. During his recent visit to Sarajevo, Croatia's Prime Minister Ivica Racan announced a decree of the Croatian Government on the possibility of the two countries' citizens to pass the border between Croatia and Bosnia on production of only identity cards. The decree became effective on 27 July and is provisional. If it be implemented in a high-quality manner it can become permanent, Croatia's PM explained then. The agreement between Sarajevo and Zagreb has officially been implemented at border crossings in Orasje, Domaljevac and Svilaj since Monday morning, whereas Brcko started to respect

The first day of the implementation of this regime proceeded with no

According to an explanation given by a local official, Bosnia's
citizens who are travelling to third countries via Croatia, are
