Bicakcic hailed Racan's announcement that Bosnia-Herzegovina's citizens would no longer enjoy suffrage in Croatia. As regards the Zagreb-Sarajevo railway line, Bicakcic said Bosnian and Croatian railway companies had already signed an agreement on the matter, and voiced hope that a bilateral treaty on the issue would be signed at the coming session of the Inter-State Council, scheduled to be held in Sarajevo. The Premier of the Croat-Moslem Federation told reporters today
that on the occasion of Racan's visit to Bosnia, the two countries
could sign a customs co-operation treaty.
Bicakcic hailed Racan's announcement that Bosnia-Herzegovina's
citizens would no longer enjoy suffrage in Croatia.
As regards the Zagreb-Sarajevo railway line, Bicakcic said Bosnian
and Croatian railway companies had already signed an agreement on
the matter, and voiced hope that a bilateral treaty on the issue

Sarajevo and Zagreb are considering agreements on health
insurance, possibilities for the two countries' citizens to cross
the border with identity cards and on joint infrastructure
projects, Bicakcic told the news conference.
He announced that the payment of pensions for Bosnian retirees with
permanent residence in Croatia would start this month.
