ZAGREB, July 12 (Hina) - Croatia and Bulgaria are countries with a 100-years old friendship and share similar standpoints on regional cooperation, the situation and perspectives of the development in the region, president of the
Croatian National Sabor Zlatko Tomcic said after talks with Bulgarian Prime Minister Ivan Kostov. Kostov arrived in a two-day official visit to Croatia Tuesday. He told reporters him and Tomcic discussed joint goals of the Croatia and Bulgarian foreign policies. We expressed our gratitude to the Croatian National Sabor for recognising the Bulgarian minority and ratifying a friendship agreement with Bulgaria, said Kosotov. The Bulgarian Prime Minister also said that Tomcic forwarded two invitations to the president of the Bulgarian parliament -- one to visit Croatia and the other one to participate in the conference of the stability Pact parliamentary presidents to be held
