SLAVONSKI BROD, June 5 (Hina) - The furniture factory "Oriolik" in the eastern Croatian town of Slavonski Brod is expecting that Croatia's admission to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) will bring advantages for the improvement of
the company's position, particularly in the cost reduction, said the director of the factory that manufactures the upholstered furniture. Most of Oriolik's earnings comes from exports. So far this year ithas exported commodities worth 12 million German marks. By the end of 2000 the value of the exports should reach between 26 and 28 million. This accounts for 70 percent of the business results of the company. tax burden must be followed by the Government's stimulation for
exports.
