VUKOVAR VUKOVAR, June 16 (Hina) - Remains of two killed Croatian soldiers - Zeljko Korsos and Ivan Balaz - were buried on Friday in Vukovar. The funeral rites were held with military honours. Zeljko Korsos, born in 1965, was killed
while he was defending Borovo Naselje as a member of the 204th Vukovar brigade in the mid-November 1991. His remains were unearthed in the yard of the "Borovo" factory and identified by forensic experts in Zagreb. Ivan Balaz, who was another member of the same brigade, was captured by Serb rebels in Vukovar on 20 November 1991. The corpse of Balaz (born in 1942) were exhumed from a mass grave in the area of Lipovacki Put (outside Vukovar) and identified by forensic experts in Zagreb in the beginning of this month.(hina) ms
