President of the Civil Alternative Parliament, Vehid Sehic, warned in his speech at the beginning of the conference that the atmosphere in Bosnia-Herzegovina had not changed since 1990. According to him, Bosnian refugees still feel fear, mistrust and insecurity. "One of the biggest obstacles to the return of refugees is the fact that the property law has not yet been implemented," Sehic said.
