ZAGREB, May 25 (Hina) - On behalf of the Croatian National Parliament, vice-president Mato Arlovic on Thursday expressed condolences to the families of victims of a terrorist incident in a Vinkovci post office. Arlovic denounced the
act of terrorism on behalf of the MPs. A man activated a bomb at a Vinkovci post office Thursday afternoon killing a clerk and heavily injuring six other post office employees. Harshly protesting, the Croatian Post Union announced for Friday all Croatian Post employees would cease working from noon until 12:30pm. The Union forwarded a protest note to all those responsible for the tragedy in Vinkovci, stressing that it had happened despite numerous warning about unprotected post offices and employees, as well as following the killing of two post office employees.(hina) lml jn
