two-day seminar on Croatia's activities in the Stability Pact for South-East Europe, which started in Dubrovnik on Monday. According to the agenda of the meeting, discussed were the creation of a single European air transport policy, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), transition processes in central and east Europe, and preparations for a meeting of the Sub-Committee on International Economic Relations. The Croatian member of the Committee, Drazen Budisa, did not want to comment on the conclusions of the meeting. He only said the topics Croatia was most interested in were the EBRD and a programme of transition in east and central European countries.
