ZAGREB, May 22 (Hina) - Croatian First Deputy Prime Minister Goran Granic on Monday held talks with a delegation of the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia (AMCHAM) on bills which the Government forwarded to the Croatian National
Sabor last week, as well as on future measures directed to the promotion of foreign investments in Croatia. Pointing to the difficulties in the Croatian economy which the new government faced after the elections, Granic informed the delegation of steps the government was making to solve economic problems and to ensure favourable conditions for foreign investments, the Croatian Government Media and Public Relations Office reported Monday. Members of the delegation, representatives of foreign companies active in Croatia, headed by AMCHAM president Michael Glazer, welcomed positive efforts of the Croatian Government invested in solving difficulties.(hina) it
