PULA, May 8 (Hina) - Accompanied by two Croatian Mig-21's, two American SEAHAWK-60 helicopters landed at the Pula airforce base and flew back to the "USS Eisenhower" aircraft carrier located in the south Adriatic Monday, thus marking
the end of joint airforce manoeuvres. Commander of organisation forces, Lieutenant Colonel Marin Puh told reporters Monday the aim of the Croatian-American military exercise was joint flying and communication, as well as the drawing closer of the Croatian airforce towards the US airforce. Puh said besides Croatian Mig's, ten American F-14 and A-6 aircraft participated in the two-day manoeuvres over a part of Istria and north Adriatic.(hina) lml
