ZAGREB, May 11 (Hina) - Croatian President Stipe Mesic on Thursday departed Zagreb for an official visit to France. "I hope I will explain our position, especially since the Republic of Croatia has taken the European map," the
President told reporters at Zagreb's airport prior to departure. Mesic said he hoped France would support Croatia's access to the World Trade Organisation and integration into other Euro-Atlantic institutions. The President added he hoped his visit would help French capital find its interests in Croatia.
