ZAGREB ON SATURDAY ZAGREB, May 6 (Hina) - Saturday, May 6, is a media blackout day in Zagreb. On Sunday, May 7, Zagreb residents will go to the polls to elect representatives to the Zagreb City Assembly. During the media blackout, all
promotional activities, the announcing of estimates onelection results or of early, unofficial results, as well as the publishing of photos, statements and interviews with the bearersof electoral lists, are forbidden. On Sunday between 7AM and 7PM, Zagreb residents will be able to cast their votes for representatives in the City Assembly. Twenty-eight parties presented their electoral programmes to Zagreb residents. Representatives from three independent lists for the city of Zagreb also presented their programmes. The snap elections were called after the City Assembly was dissolved on March 10 when 26 of 50 councillors resigned. Josip Kregar is appointed the Croatian Government commissioner for
