ZAGREB, April 27 (Hina) - The book "Hrvatska u medjunarodnim odnosima 1990-2000" (Croatia in International Relations 1990-2000) by Croatia's former deputy foreign minister Ivo Sanader was presented in Zagreb on Thursday. The book
consists of five chapters - Croatia in international relations, Croatia in Europe, Croatia in central European cooperation, Croatian economy in conditions of globalisation, and Croatian diplomacy - tradition and modern times. "The book bears witness to and confirms that Croatia's diplomacy has been governed by the true understanding of democracy as the rule of law and human rights protection," said one of the book's editors, Hrvoje Kacic. Sanader said that he had tried to "give a survey of different events in the country's foreign policy in the past decade." He believes that in that decade Croatia was not isolated from Europe and the rest of the world.(hina) jn rml
