ZAGREB, April 19 (Hina) - The Croatian National parliament House of Counties on Wednesday continued its 40th session with a discussion on the government's motion to increase financial stimulation in agriculture. Amendments to the Law
on stimulation in agriculture stipulate the introduction of stimulation for corn, plant crops, ensuring stimulation for the fattening of calves and pigs. The government's motion envisages previously established stimuli in fruit growing and vine growing to be realised this year. This year the state has ensured from the budget about 1.7 billion kuna (around US$212 million), which is almost 80 per cent more than previously.
