ZAGREB, April 18 (Hina) - The "Croatian Soldiers" association supports the government's Declaration on Cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, and the constitutional function and legitimacy of
the Croatian National Parliament. The association advocates the separation of individual and collective guilt and the responsibility of possible perpetrators of crimes, the association said in Tuesday's statement, which was signed by the association's president, reserve Major General Bozo Budimir. The association believes that is the right way to implement the obligations Croatia has taken in connection with cooperation with The Hague-based war crimes tribunal, and the only way to decriminalise Croatia's Homeland War.(hina) ha jn
