investigation is not still over into the liability according to the
commanding chain which may lead to the Bosniak (Moslem) military

The weekly cited its sources close to the Hague-based Tribunal as
saying that the case of disappearance of a about score of Croats
from the central Bosnian town of Bugojno in 1993 has been much
clearer and it is certain that an indictment will be issued against
a local leader of the (Moslem) SDA party, Dzevad Mlaco, for this
case.
The evidence material relating to the crimes in Grabovica and
Uzdol, which Sarajevo cantonal prosecutors have forwarded to the
ICTY, contained data about possible direct perpetrators and
individuals in the first link of the commanding chain, read the
Thursday's issue of the Sarajevo newspaper.
Local prosecutors cited names of commanders of units whose members
allegedly committed crimes against Croat villagers. Those are
Ramiz Delalic and Zulfikar Alispago.
The ICTY Prosecution, led by chief prosecutor Carla del Ponte,
however, directed the probe further towards the top command
including Generals Rasim Delic and Sefer Halilovic.
