According to the minister, sites where mass killings were committed - the surroundings of the town of Maribor, Kocevski Rog, the surroundings of Celje and Podutik outside Ljubljana - have been listed and prosecutors have launched procedures. However, there are no sufficient data in most cases which can make it possible for prosecutors to initiate proceedings against perpetrators. decision on the exhumation of victims of mass killings of soldiers
of various armed forces and civilians who lost their lives in the
wake of the Second World War, Slovene Justice Minister Tomaz

According to the minister, sites where mass killings were committed

According to some estimates, the number of victims killed on
Slovene territory immediately after the end of WW II goes from
several tens of thousands to 300,000.
