Sarajevo to help in the investigation of the murder of Jozo Leutar,
a former Deputy Interior Minister of the Federation of Bosnia-

operations James Weber.
Weber was speaking at a debate on organised crime in south-east
Europe, organised by the Congress Committee on the Organisation for
Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). Participating in the
debate were also John Tarrant, deputy head of the U.S. Agency for
International Development's (USAID) Office for Europe, and Rob

international crime and drugs.
The two agents will stay in Sarajevo at least three months, Weber
said. He added the agents would also provide advisory services for
the police forces of the two Bosnian entities regarding the problem
of transnational crime.
Weber believes that the recently opened coordination centre in
Bucharest, through which the police forces of 11 countries in the
region are cooperating, could play the main role in fighting
organised crime in the region.
