CROATIAN-AMERICAN AIR FORCE MANOEUVRES COMPLETED

PULA, March 9 (Hina) - American-Croatian air force manoeuvres, which included 16 Croatian and United States aircraft, were completed by the landing of two United States aircraft F-18 and two Croatian aircraft MiG 21 in the northern Adriatic airport of Pula on Thursday. At the end of the manoeuvre, which aim at a symbolic demonstration of Croatia's approaching the partnership for Peace and NATO, American and Croatian pilots were greeted by United States Ambassador to Croatia William Montgomery, head of the Croatian Armed Forces Main Staff Davor Domazet, commander of the Croatian aircraft and air defence Josip Culetic and Croatian Deputy Defence Minister Zlatko Galjeric. Military efficiency is based on joint activities, which can be accomplish by manoeuvres.
