ZAGREB, April 3 (Hina) - Croatia's First Deputy Prime Minister Goran Granic on Monday received Israel's Ambassador to Croatia, Nathan Meron, the Government's public relations office said in a statement. The relations between Croatia
and Israel are being promoted, but both parties should invest more efforts to improve cooperation in fields in which both countries have interest. Granic and the Israeli diplomat assessed that so far cooperation had been good in the military, technological and scientific areas. The joint interest of Croatia and Israel is to strengthen cooperation in agriculture, tourism and public health. The relations between the two countries have no more been burdened with political obstacles and they are likely to be deepened after political and economic delegations exchange visits.
