PORTOROZ, March 17 (Hina) - A total of 100 million Euros should be secured at a donors' conference in Brussels at the end of March for the operation of a working table on democratisation and human rights within the Stability Pact for South-East Europe. Another 100 million Euros are necessary for refugee return, Donald Kursch, deputy to the Stability Pact Coordinator, said at an international conference on inter-ethnic relations and minorities, which is being held in Portoroz, Slovenia.
