ZAGREB, March 3 (Hina) - The attorney of Mladen Naletilic Tuta, Kresimir Krsnik, on Friday forwarded a request to Croatian Justice Minister Stjepan Ivanisevic that a neutral team of doctors be gathered, which would include domestic
and foreign doctors who should evaluate whether his client was physically capable to be extradited to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. He also demanded that a doctors' team sent by the ICTY, thoroughly elaborated its report in line with which Naletilic was capable of travelling to The Hague. According to Krsnik, the main issue is whether Naletilic's health condition can allow him to be tried, namely whether he is capable of being present in court discussions.(hina) it
