ZAGREB, Feb 10 (Hina) - The Prosecution and Secretariat of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) will consider the mode of safe transportation of Mladen Naletilic Tuta to The Hague upon reception of an
official report on his condition, a spokesman for the ICTY Prosecution, Paul Risley, told Hina on Thursday. In a phone conversation, Risley said the Prosecution would consider the mode of Naletilic's transportation to The Hague which would secure his safe arrival and accommodation at a Dutch hospital where he would be under detention control. Risley said the ICTY had still not received the statement of Naletilic's doctors' team which claimed that Naletilic could not endure his transport to The Hague due to his poor condition. Asked whether there was a possibility for Naletilic never to come to The Hague due to his health, Risley said the ICTY expected him to come.(hina)
