THE HAGUE THE HAGUE, March 2 (Hina) - Mladen Naletilic Tuta is able to travel to The Hague, the International War Crimes Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY) situated in that Dutch city, said on Thursday. The Tribunal announced this
conclusion after it received a report of two Dutch doctors who examined this indictee of the ICTY, last week in Zagreb where Naletilic is being kept in a prison hospital. He has recently undergone two heart surgeries. According to the doctors' report, Naletilic can travel to The Hague provided that the transfer is conducted in proper medical conditions and Naletilic is under control of doctors, said a spokesman for the ICTY, Jim Landale. Landale said the Tribunal President, the Prosecution's Office and Secretariat would consider the report and make further decisions. Naletilic is charged with war crimes which he allegedly committed while he was the commandeer of the so-called convicts' battalion
