ZAGREB, Feb 27 (Hina) - Employees and the management of the Zagreb-based beverage factory 'Badel 1862' on Sunday reached an agreement on the workers' minimum demands following this week's resignation of the company's director-general
and production manager. The demands include the non-delivery of liquids and production materials to Citluk in Bosnia-Herzegovina and the withdrawal of all extraordinary dismissals of workers. The two sides also reached a high level of agreement on other demands which will be finalised at a meeting in Zagreb tomorrow. A part of the company's employees, gathered in a coordination for the protection of the factory, blocked the factory's plants in Zagreb late last year, accusing the former and current management and supervisory board of illegal privatisation and ownership transformation to the detriment of small shareholders. The demands include the non-delivery of liquids and production
