was facing collapse if by March 1 the court decision ordering a strikers' committee to discontinue the blockade of the company and continue production was not implemented. Scherr said the company could not fulfil obligations toward its creditors and foreign partners were threatening to cancel business relations. The Zagreb Municipal Court on January 21 decided that the strikers'
committee should discontinue the blockade and continue the
