SARAJEVO, Feb 10 (Hina) - During the search of three buildings of local police in the southwestern Bosnia-Herzegovina towns of Livno and Glamoc, members of the International Police Task Force (IPTF) in Bosnia-Herzegovina discovered
illegal weapons and equipment for the illegal tapping of phone conversations, spokesman of the United Nations mission in Bosnia-Hercegovina Douglas Coffman said in Sarajevo on Thursday. He said that the weapons and equipment were discovered in the building of the Interior Ministry in Livno on Wednesday, which was searched as a part of regular IPTF activities conducted in Bosnia-Herzegovina. We are surprised by what we discovered, Coffman said and added that the equipment for the tapping, which is used by secret services, should, on no basis, be in the building of a regular police.
