ZAGREB, Feb 10 (Hina) - The election of the new President of State completes the cycle of democratic changes in Croatia, the head of the Serb National Party (SNS), Milan Djukic, said on Thursday congratulating President Stjepan Mesic
on his electoral victory. Djukic believes the new government must understand that the status of Croatian Serbs has not been resolved and that it must be resolved within Croatia. This, he believes, does not exclude constitutional changes and the re-introduction of the section of the constitutional law on minority rights which had been annulled. The most important issues for the Croatian Serb community are the right to return under equal conditions, the right to reconstruction and return of property, the right to work, and equality in rights and obligations.(hina) rml
