Ministry was quoted by the Interfax agency on Wednesday as saying that results of presidential elections as well as the results of the parliamentary election held in the beginning of January marked the victory of democratic forces in Croatia. According to Moscow, the outcome of the polls reflected deep changed in the Croatian society that were conditioned the aspiration of citizens to have social and economic stability, further development of process of democratisation of the country and the national reconciliation.
