said the transfer had begun Friday morning with insight into the work and processes at the Ministry, which will continue on Monday. New Defence Minister Rados was presented with an exhaustive report and analysis of the Ministry and the Main Headquarters, with everything that had occurred in the past year, priorities and what should be done, Miljavac said. He said he would do everything to facilitate the complete take-over of the Ministry for Rados by Wednesday, adding this was the "most complex ministry in the country".
