SPLIT LIBERAL PARTY BRANCH ASKS IF RACAN CAN IMPLEMENT CHANGES SPLIT, Feb 4 (Hina) - The Split-Dalmatia branch of the Liberal Party (LS) asked Premier Racan to clearly state if he can implement the changes pledged at elections despite

At a press conference Thursday, the LS Split branch posed this question "because some members in the Government cabinet", stated that changes would not be possible if Stipe Mesic were elected president.
