ZAGREB, Feb 2 (Hina) - The newly-elected vice president of parliament's House of Representatives, Mato Arlovic, was born in Ostra Luka, Bosnia-Herzegovina, on 4 November 1952. He is the vice president of the Social Democratic Party,
is married with two children. Arlovic has lived in Croatia since 1960. He graduated at Law School, and completed post-graduate studies in jurisprudence, earning a Master of Science degree. Arlovic published several papers, won several awards and decorations. He speaks German. He is currently in his fourth mandate at the Lower House.
