ZAGREB, Jan 21 (Hina) - The President of the Croatian National Sabor and Croatia's acting president, Vlatko Pavletic, on Friday presented certificates on the acceptance of ranks of reserve officers of the Croatian Armed Forces to 150
former members of different armed units, namely armies which had been active in Croatia. The certificates were awarded based on the invitation forwarded by late Croatian President Franjo Tudjman to all former members of different Croatian armies and units in line with which they would be placed in a reserve unit of the Croatian Armed Forces. Addressing present military veterans, Pavletic said that today's ceremony was only the continuation of the reconciliation process of all Croatians, who were, due to circumstances, placed in different armies in Croatia, but were always fighting for Croatia's well being.(hina) it
